Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your handmade wood piece from Linen & Birch Design.

Most of our items are made to order or custom (including monogram plaques, carved coat racks, buffet risers, and similar products). Because of this:

• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.

To start a return or report an issue, email us at sales@linenandbirchdesign.com with your order number and photos if applicable. Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
